ANDY KVESIC

General Counsel

Andy serves as General Counsel for Quantum and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s legal affairs. His duties include managing compliance matters, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and advising leadership on a variety of issues. Andy also adds horsepower to Quantum’s integrated business development solutions, helping financial advisory firms boost their revenue through M&A strategies, and plan for their continuity through enterprise succession planning.

 

Andy joined Quantum following a distinguished legal career in the private and public sectors. He practiced commercial litigation for several years at a private law firm, then became an Assistant Attorney General at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office where he prosecuted felony fraud and public corruption matters. He later served as Chief Counsel for the Arizona Corporation Commission, a state agency whose mission includes preserving the integrity of the financial marketplace through the oversight of securities transactions, securities dealers and salespersons, and investment advisors.

 

He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law, and received his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Arizona.
