Business Development Specialist - up to 100K
Quantum, a fast-paced, sales-driven, company located in North Scottsdale is looking to add to our talented inside sales teams. We are a performance-based company that rewards those who produce results.
This inside sales position is responsible for recruiting financial advisors through a high volume of outbound calls. You will learn the benefits and features of the products we offer and qualify advisors who would benefit from our products and value propositions in their practices. You will work from a pipeline of leads provided to you.
Recruit financial advisers and insurance agents through outbound calls
Succinctly describe our company’s offering and how we bring additional value
Gain in-depth knowledge of financial markets, Quantum products/services and competitive landscape.
Responsible for discussing Quantum insurance products across all disciplines: accumulation, income, and death benefit
Learn to identify and qualify Quantum’s ideal client
Document and follow up on illustrations provided to advisors
Support team by completing literature requests to keeps advisors current with relative information
Ability to work in a very fast paced sales environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Self-starter and also enjoys team success
Motivated to generate new business
Not afraid of the phone
Goal oriented and financially motivated
Sales experience making prospecting or qualifying sales calls
Financial services sales experience is a plus
