Quantum has a great opportunity for a Life Case Manager to join our fast paced growing company. You will be responsible for maintaining primary ownership of Life applications during the underwriting process, which requires consistent communication and coordination between advisors and life insurance carriers. Case managers set agent's expectations appropriately and provide a World Class Customer Service experience throughout the underwriting process. You will be required to assist in ordering, obtaining, and following up on underwriting requirements with each case.
Communicate professionally, concisely, and effectively on a daily basis with Client Relationship Managers, advisors, and multiple Insurance Companies in order to expedite the underwriting process
Ensure regular written status updates are sent to producer
Order, track, review, and report of APS records to various insurance companies
Order, track, review, and report medical exams to various insurance companies
Order and track tele interviews for various insurance companies
Follow up on case status with insurance companies
Review policy accuracy, correct errors, and prepare policy for delivery
Consistently and effectively update case information into the firm database
Essential to success in this position, you will continuously demonstrate your ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects often at various stages of succession in the overall process.
Our work environment is dynamic and fast paced; must have aptitude to work under pressure, prioritization, and decision-making abilities as you perform multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in Salesforce is a plus
