Administrative background preferred
This role will assist Director of Advisor Relations with managing internal sales teams
With the end goal of managing 1 or 2 teams on their own in the future.
Role will interact with Annuities, Life Insurance and Marketing
First focus will be calendaring, organization and prioritizing for the VP of Life Insurance
Liaison between Sales and marketing to help manage projects
Principal Ongoing Responsibilities will be to assist with:
Cultivate new advisors/agent relationships.
Manage our database and utilize multiple methods of contact and documentation in our system.
Gain in-depth knowledge of Quantum products/services and competitive landscape.
Act as Liaison between advisor and all departments within Quantum including but not limited to marketing, lead gen and new business
Coordinate conference calls and webinars between our team and advisors.
Coordinate all advisor/team travel
Maintain and update tracking system regarding telephone conversations and activities with advisors.
Industry experience not required.
Must have good attention to details.
1-3 year Admin experience preferred.
