Job Function: Review new business applications for various annuity products as well as assist with policy holder services for new and existing business.
In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers.
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
Provide service support to Quantum agents in review of all new business applications pertaining to annuities and associated documentation for good order determination.
Input new business into the database and track the application at the carrier through the issue process.
Track transfers and 1035 exchanges with regard to agents pending business, communicate status to the agent and assist to resolve any transfer issues.
Assist with answering the phones and transfer to appropriate team or assist the caller
Assist with processing service forms for issued business.
Follow up on submitted service requests to make sure they are processed in a timely manner.
Other tasks as assigned.
Desired Skills and Experience:
5 years customer service financial services industry
General knowledge of annuities
Ability to function in a true team environment as well as manage daily tasks without supervision
Experience working with insurance carrier a plus, or brokerage services
Some college courses
