Colt Bertrand is a marketing coordinator and a key part of Quantum’s client acquisition team. He helps our advisor partners with outreach efforts to clients and prospects, helping them grow their businesses, reach new markets and establish new relationships. Coming from a background in sales, Colt is used to spending his days on the phone and talking with partners, but his job at Quantum gives him a bit of a different edge. He’s now a coach, helping advisors find their voices and brands through different client acquisition strategies like radio, live seminars, workshops and other lead-generation programs. His job is to motivate, and he thinks drive, consistency, communication and trust are the keys to making the most of opportunities to convert and expand. He also values individuality, believing that each advisor is unique, and his goal is to find a custom process that fits their vision. Colt is originally from Brownwood, Texas, and achieved his bachelor’s in business administration from Texas Tech. Though his heart and his family still reside in the Lone Star State, he moved to Scottsdale in 2020 after falling in love with the city on a golf trip. In his spare time, Colt enjoys tackling new adventures with friends, cooking, exploring, golfing, and watching college and professional football.
