Sierra Johnson works within client services at Quantum, where she helps our advisor partners and internal team. Sierra assists with processing annuity applications, handling beneficiary, address, allocation and strategy changes, managing incoming client communications, and providing day-to-day support to our account managers, helping create an efficient client experience. She earned her degree in psychology from Arizona State University, and her background in sales, childcare and the Department of Child Safety has helped develop her strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills, leading her into the financial services industry.
Sierra was born in Marrero, Louisiana, but grew up in Arizona. She then had the unique opportunity to live internationally in Saudi Arabia due to her father’s job and later attended boarding school in Switzerland before returning home to the desert. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young son, staying active at the gym and cooking. She is a big “foodie!”
