Director of Advisor Relations

Viviana works closely with our advisors, developing their relationships with Quantum and ensuring that they have a warm, welcoming, accessible line of communication. She started her time with us as our office administrator, acting as the first smiling face our guests see when they visit, then her outgoing personality drove her to move into her current role as a director of advisor relations. Among her career experience and her degree in hospitality and tourism management from San Diego State University, she is no stranger to building relationships and providing excellent client service. Viviana works closely with AJ Wolfe and Andy Moore, and she adores the fast-paced craziness of her job that constantly keeps her busy. She was born and raised in Calexico, California, before moving to Phoenix with her boyfriend, Trevor. Though she misses the beach and the best Mexican food the United States has to offer, she and Trevor love exploring Arizona, always on a quest to discover new natural wonders, small towns and restaurants. After exercising her imagination and creativity at work, Viviana spends her free time finding Disney-themed DIY tasks and other artistic outlets. She leaps at any opportunity to bring the classic Disney characters to life, but she is specifically a Pixar superfan.
