Kara Malone is a client services specialist with Quantum, concentrating on contracting and consulting for our advisor partners. As one of the first lines when it comes to helping our advisors process documents and streamline their businesses, Kara knows how important prioritization is. In fact, she believes it’s one of the greatest keys to her role in our office. She also takes great pride in her organization, time management and teamwork, all of which are crucial in such a tight-knit office environment. That environment is actually what drew Kara to Quantum in the first place. She loved the idea of working with a team to accomplish common goals. Now, she gets to do just that, plugging into our operations seamlessly to shoulder stress both for our advisors and our annuity and life insurance teams. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Kara now resides in East Mesa, which is a reasonable drive from her parents and her dog in Payson. She loves to visit her family, especially when it gets warmer in the Valley. In her free time, Kara is a voracious reader, churning through more than 150 books per year. She also enjoys hiking, baking, crocheting and watching her new hometown team, the Phoenix Suns.
