With a background in Sociology and Psychology from BYU, Chelsey’s experiences have honed her people skills, making her comfortable and engaging in any conversation. Chelsey excels in helping advisors navigate various processes and thrives on building solid relationships through her ability to find common ground and her skill in handling intense conversations. Her proficiency in client interaction, spotting patterns, and optimizing processes makes her an asset to our team. Chelsey lives by the philosophy, “If I think something positive, I’m going to say it,” which not only fosters a positive work environment but also endears her to clients.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Arizona, cheering on the Suns, and spending time with her Havanese. Chelsey’s commitment and genuine passion for helping others are key to driving our company forward.
