Jason Greene is a Director of Business Development at Quantum, where he manages client relationships and recruits new advisors by showcasing the value we add. His focus is on understanding client needs and supporting advisors in effectively communicating financial strategies to their clients. Known for his strong work ethic and motivation towards developing his career, Jason is dedicated to expanding his knowledge within Quantum. He is particularly eager to deepen his understanding of the internal wholesale operations.
Jason graduated from the University of Arizona with a major in Personal and Family Financial Planning. His journey at Quantum began after gaining valuable experience at RBC Wealth Management, where he interned and actively participated in client meetings, conducted detailed analyses using Salesforce, and evaluated portfolio performances.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to basketball and football. Having grown up in Minnesota, he passionately supports all of its sports teams. Despite briefly residing in Arizona at the age of 3, Jason was later drawn back to the state for college and its appealing weather. He developed a strong fondness for skiing and enjoys outdoor activities especially when it’s not 110 degrees out!
