AJ Shurts is the director of Integrity distribution here at Quantum. In this role, AJ helps lead national distribution efforts with a focus on expanding the reach of Quantum’s life and annuity sales platform through its partnership with Integrity Marketing Group. His work centers on strengthening advisor relationships, delivering innovative annuity and life insurance solutions, and helping both advisors and their clients benefit from Quantum’s client-centric approach within Integrity’s holistic wealth, health, and retirement ecosystem.
Prior to joining Quantum, AJ served as Vice President of Business Development at Amplify Platform, which is an innovative technology solution for RIAs, bank trust companies, and independent broker-dealers. He has also worked on the Advisor Acquisition and Product Strategy team at Rockefeller Capital Management in New York City, and his experience continues to shape his approach to advisor recruitment, business development, and strategic distribution.
AJ earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas Christian University (TCU). He divides his time between New York City and his hometown of Scottsdale, AZ, and outside of work he and his family are actively involved in philanthropy and community engagement through organizations such as Phoenix Suns Charities, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, and the Arians Family Foundation. A lifelong Nebraska Cornhusker football fan and avid golfer, AJ also enjoys traveling, and spending quality time with his younger brother, Jaxon.
