Before joining Quantum, Avana built her professional background in tech sales and event coordination.
She was born and raised in Arizona and attended Arizona State University. She has always loved calling the Valley home and enjoys exploring all the newest restaurants, coffee shops, and activities the state has to offer. Avana likes to stay active outside of work and even became certified in mat Pilates instruction. She values building meaningful relationships and believes even small interactions can leave a lasting impact. Connecting with others and learning from those around her, she works to create positive experiences as she continues to grow professionally.
