Gaby Arroyo leads the Case Design Desk at Quantum, where she works closely with our annuity teams to create illustrations that help advisors find the right solutions for their clients. Although she entered the role without prior experience in the financial industry, Gaby embraced it as an opportunity to learn and grow, quickly mastering the features of hundreds of products. A natural analytical thinker, Gaby excels at evaluating client goals and aligning them with the most suitable solutions. She considers her ability to quickly grasp complex concepts one of her greatest strengths, allowing her to adapt and respond effectively to a wide range of challenges. Now, with three years at Quantum, Gaby has established herself as our leading product expert and has grown her team into an integral part of the organization. She thrives in a goal-oriented, results-driven environment. She values the collaborative nature of her work, especially the opportunity to support advisors as they guide clients through important life stages. Before joining Quantum, Gaby worked in aviation, which allowed her to travel the world and even meet her now fiancé, Bryce. Some of her favorite destinations include Japan and Hawaii. A Scottsdale native, she enjoys staying active and cooking in her free time.
