Hannah Smith is a client services representative for Quantum, supporting our account managers, processing applications, and following up with carriers. After joining our team in early 2024, she has quickly become a key contributor to streamlining operations for advisors and their clients. With previous experience addressing formal and legal complaints with a mortgage start-up, this has provided her with a foundation in conflict resolution and interpersonal communication. Working in the insurance industry provides her with the opportunity to foster relationships with advisors to ensure the new business process is completed efficiently. A Kentucky native, she moved to Arizona in 2016 to attend Arizona State University, earning a double major in political science and communications. In her free time, Hannah is an avid Chicago Bulls fan and a proud cat mom to her rescue kitten Rocky.
