Monika is our senior accountant at Quantum, constantly upholding proper financial principles that we ourselves are founded upon. A lover of math, she’s continuously chasing the magical feeling she gets when a concept clicks in her head. She was raised in Chandler but is now a Mesa resident and has spent her entire life in Arizona. With nearly two decades of experience in finance and accounting, she has found a home in our Scottsdale office. While she’s always working to improve her skills, she’s also a big believer in the personal side of work. Her job itself focuses on numbers and figures, but she finds that her ability to communicate and be vulnerable with her coworkers is her true strength. In her free time, Monika enjoys bowling with her husband. Though they wouldn’t consider themselves professionals, they love to compete in leagues and play with friends. She’s also kept busy by her other full-time job as a mother of two. While she followed her own mom’s footsteps into the accounting world, her oldest recently began dancing, just as Monika did when she was young. Motherhood has proven to be her toughest job yet, but it’s all worth it to see the love in their little eyes.
