From answering and directing phone calls to connecting our advisors with the correct Quantum team member, she has her hands in many buckets and is often the first point of contact for visiting advisors. Yosi takes pride in being someone others can count on for help, guidance, and a positive experience.
She has a strong background in customer service and a “go-above-and-beyond” mindset. Born in the Dominican Republic and raised in Arizona, Yosi attended Liberty High School and Glendale Community College. She briefly lived in New York City before returning to Arizona, happily welcoming back the warmth of the weather!
