Kalysta Nash is a Phoenix, AZ native who brings her vibrant interpersonal skills to the case design role at Quantum. With a degree in marketing from Northern Arizona University, Kalysta excels in empathy, and effectively addressing people’s needs. In her current position, she leverages these strengths by carefully listening to agents, becoming well-versed in a variety of financial products, and offering tailored recommendations to best meet their needs. Her ability to connect with others and understand their unique situations allows her to make informed and insightful suggestions, ensuring that the solutions she provides are both relevant and effective.
Kalysta is excited to begin her journey in the insurance industry at Quantum. She’s also excited to join a team that works as hard as they care, saying, “It’s rare to find a place that values both its work and its people as much as Quantum does.” She looks forward to contributing to and growing with a company that aligns with her values and professional goals.
Outside of work, Kalysta enjoys a range of activities including reading fantasy and romance novels, with Nicholas Sparks’ “The Choice” being her favorite. A big dance lover, Kalysta often spends her weekends line dancing at live music events. She’s also even shared her passion by volunteering in children’s dance classes. Her love for animals is just as strong, as she plans to start volunteering at a local shelter soon, and possibly even adopting a dog.
