Alia Alvarez is part of our client services team at Quantum, where she supports advisors by streamlining processes, building relationships, and facilitating smooth communication with carriers. Alia’s background includes extensive experience in law and litigation, where she developed strong skills in managing complex processes and solving problems. She holds a degree in criminal justice and Arabic studies from Arizona State University, and previously worked in criminal and civil litigation, including criminal law and bankruptcy law. Alia decided to transition into the finance industry, inspired by the positive impact financial advice had on those around her and the opportunity to pursue a more fulfilling career path.
Outside of work, Alia is a talented drummer in a punk band, performing regularly at local venues. She is also an animal lover, with two dogs, Charlie and Pancake, and two cats, Nor and Sabrina. Alia is known for her self-motivation, attention to detail, and a direct, thoughtful approach to her work.
