With experience across banking, finance, retail, insurance, sales, office management and event planning, Amra joins Quantum as one of our directors of business development, bringing her versatile skill set every step of the way. She has honed her skills in problem-solving, client service and guiding individuals through processes from start to finish — all while focusing on supporting and strengthening relationships with the advisors that Quantum recruits. In her role, she plays a key part in recruitment, retention, event coordination and fostering connections with both new and long-standing partners.
Amra holds a degree in global marketing with a minor in management, as well as a certification in digital marketing from the University of West Florida. Outside of work, she’s an adventurer at heart — enjoying hiking, camping, live music, reading and traveling. She’s also a cat mom to Percy, a rescue she found in Pensacola, Florida, who made the 27-hour drive with her when she relocated to Arizona.
