Brandon Olson brings his passion for connecting with people and his creativity to his role as a director of business development at Quantum. Originally from West Fargo, North Dakota, Brandon traded the cold winters of the Midwest for the warmth and sunshine of Phoenix, and he’s loving every minute of it.
A graduate of Bemidji State University in Minnesota, Brandon’s degree in business administration has equipped him with the skills to excel in his role, where he focuses on recruiting talented financial advisors and generating new business. His favorite part of the job? Helping agents grow and flourish in their careers. He’s thrilled by the opportunity to build meaningful relationships, foster personal and professional growth, and see the positive impact that comes from his efforts.
Brandon was drawn to Quantum’s innovative business model and the exciting potential he saw when first meeting the team, saying, “I just saw a lot of potential here, and I wanted to be a part of it.” Quantum’s vision and drive immediately aligned with his own goals, making the decision to join an easy one. He’s excited about what lies ahead and looks forward to contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys staying active and competitive. A golf enthusiast who’s competed in the sport, he can often be found on the course perfecting his swing. When he’s not golfing, he’s likely watching sports and cheering on his favorite team, the Minnesota Vikings.
