Assist Director of Marketing and VP of marketing to develop and drive digital marketing strategy across multiple sales divisions and target markets
Help maintain a cohesive email marketing calendar that aligns sales and marketing teams
Constantly analyze results and monitor engagement to optimize future and ongoing campaigns and convert leads
Works closely with Salesforce team to leverage integration, automate campaigns and deliver real time results to sales teams
Utilize strong knowledge of conversion best practices to influence the development of effective email design/content, landing pages and other downstream assets
Solid understanding of email design best practices, HTML email development, call-to-action, subject lines, content and branding guidelinesB2B email marketing and deliverability experience required, preferably with a sales driven organization
Ability to segment lists based on target audience, behavior and past email and web analytics
Ability to hand code and create bulletproof emails that render across e-mail clients
Must be a self-starter motivated to move the needle in every aspect of their craft, but also be a team player with a strong ability to work in conjunction with the creative team
In-depth experience with email marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and web analytics
Thorough knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation technology platforms. SalesForce Marketing Cloud highly preferred.
Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data
BA/BS or equivalent working experience
