Janae Bonner started working at Quantum in 2019, when she was hired as a contracting consultant. Within just over a year, she was promoted twice, first to new business account manager and then to director of advisor relations for Kyle Pesch’s team, where she has found her niche. Janae considers her job to be creating the best possible experience for our financial advisor partners at all times, smoothing and assisting every process with carriers, and helping expedite contracts and service needs. Prior to joining Quantum, Janae had acquired several years of customer service experience working for a nonprofit organization and a freight logistics services provider. Her outgoing personality paired with her career qualifications makes her skilled at developing relationships and building rapport with advisors and agents.

“Meaningful relationships are important to me, and I feel gratified when advisors want to call and talk. The personal connections I make are my favorite part of the job. Every day is different; I never do the same thing from one day to the next. I get to meet and work with incredible people from all over the world,” she says.

In addition to her interpersonal skills, Janae pays close attention to detail and is determined to exceed expectations. Her positive outlook and vibrant spirit enhance the energy in the office at Quantum, a company culture she knew she wanted to be a part of from the beginning.

Originally from Houston, Janae moved to Arizona with her family in 2008 and she attended high school here. She rescued a long-haired Chihuahua from a local animal shelter a number of years ago. “I call Tyson my little chicken nugget, even though he’s a little gray man now. He is still very active and we go on long walks.” In her free time, she loves being outdoors whenever the weather permits, whether it’s hiking, walking with Tyson, attending a festival or event, or going to brunch with friends.
