The Quantum Group is looking for an experienced Videographer for our Marketing team. If you are a dynamic, analytical individual that loves a good challenge, thrives on problem solving and is comfortable influencing direction, then we’d love to speak with you. The ideal Videographer will be responsible for all editing, producing and creating compelling visual media to be used for the company in terms of branding, education, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging video content from concept to completion for news-style interviews, sales concepts and various sales and marketing initiatives.
Operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for studio production. Occasional off-site production required.
Perform final edits to create internet-ready, news-style videos.
Create animated videos.
Create 3-D logo animations.
Create story boards for video/voiceover projects. Voiceover recording and editing. Manage and maintain equipment, computers and software necessary for the creation of videos.
Proven ability to think creatively; develop, design or create new applications ideas, including artistic contributions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Portfolio of past work.
Advanced knowledge in the latest Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator) and or latest Final Cut Studio.
Expert knowledge of final output/rendering for broadcast TV and extensive knowledge of video codecs, compositing, transcoding, and overall video formatting for web, television, and mobile devices.
Edit video footage, syncing music and other audio, as well as creation of motion graphics and effects.
Ensure graphic solutions and look/feel are consistent with brand and style guidelines.
Understanding and applying current design trends, while exhibiting a keen eye for design and high-quality aesthetics.
Ability to translate scripts and storyboards into stunning visual programs and fuse creativity and content to deliver cutting edge animations.
Experience with transcoding and file compression standards/best practices.
Excellent judgment, decision-making, and accurate time estimation skills.
Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environment, while meeting tight deadlines.
File management, maintaining system efficiencies, and following established technical specifications.
Knowledge of MAC OS
