Carlos Arias is a talented Graphic Designer who brings fresh perspectives and creativity to the team. With a background in graphic design and advertising from Grand Canyon University, Carlos honed his skills working at Smart Practice, where he created designs and print collateral for dental, chiropractic, and veterinary clinics. Now at Quantum, Carlos focuses on designing materials for our advisors, including event flyers and branding assets, helping bring our vision to life.
As the youngest of four siblings, Carlos is patient, approachable, and engaging, with a strong collaborative spirit. He’s eager to learn, grow, and contribute his design skills to support the team’s success, while embracing the opportunities at Quantum to make a meaningful impact.
Outside of work, he’s an avid hiker (when it’s not too hot) and is working on improving his disc golf game. Having grown up in Arizona, he’s fortunate to still have most of his family nearby, and he enjoys spending quality time with them whenever he can.
