Chad Vanzutphen is an account manager for Quantum, managing cases and helping our advisor partners process applications and find answers to their most pressing questions. With plenty of experience in both customer service and operations, Chad knows how important organization and communication are, and he believes that relationships are everything. That’s even more true at Quantum, where he thinks that the team’s effort to help advisors is what makes us stand out. His love for people is also evident in every interaction he has, as he’s willing to go the extra mile and speak up on behalf of others while still remaining patient and personable. This is actually his second stint with Quantum, and though he has noticed the company’s growth with a new building and new faces, he still sees the same values in every team member, as each person is always willing to take on new challenges. Born and raised in Seattle, he attended the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa to study communications. In his free time, Chad enjoys playing tennis, swimming, finding unique sushi restaurants and coffee shops, and bonding with his family, including his brother, nephew and parents who all live in the Valley.
