Dalton Sneed is a Director of Business Development at Quantum, where he focuses on building relationships with financial advisors and exploring ways to elevate their businesses. His role centers on identifying clients that the company can support, leveraging his strong communication skills honed through years of experience as a quarterback. Dalton’s athletic background has equipped him with the ability to understand diverse perspectives, enabling him to recognize individuals’ strengths and weaknesses to foster meaningful connections. Having played for the Arizona Rattlers, Dalton is currently undecided about continuing his football career. His decision to join Quantum was heavily influenced by Ron Shurts, whose ties to the Rattlers and commitment to cultivating a strong culture resonated with Dalton. He quickly fell in love with the environment and values at Quantum, which mirror the supportive structure he has always appreciated.
Outside of work, family is paramount for Dalton. He values his relationships with both immediate family and friends, treating them as an extension of his family. He enjoys golfing and staying active, along with training his energetic Belgian Malinois, which he finds deeply fulfilling. Originally from Scottsdale, Arizona, where he attended Horizon High School, Dalton is proud to be a local native and is excited to contribute to his community through his work.
