Office Manager
Karan Holtz is our office manager at Quantum and radiates the love and energy we enjoy building around. Process-oriented and goal-driven, Karan enjoys working to find possible points of efficiency in each task. With plenty of experience in office administration, she knows how to analyze operations from beginning to end then push toward an objective while ensuring that the proper steps are taken to reach a desired endpoint. She also previously worked as an interior designer, helping her develop her communication and listening skills in addition to her creative and problem-solving abilities. While she’s had to slightly alter her thinking to be more methodical than artistic, her position still allows her to be an outside-the-box thinker, and she loves working with both our team members and our advisor partners. Originally from Seattle, Karan first moved to Arizona in 2010. After more than a decade, the mountains, cacti, palm trees and near-constant sun have won her over, but she’s still loyal to the Pacific Northwest. She often returns to visit and remains a Mariners superfan through all the ups and downs. In her free time, she enjoys shopping and hosting friends at her home, which she shares with her three adorable and lovable cats named Cappuccino, Caviar and Linguini.
