Account Manager
Malinda Trapp is on Quantum’s client services team, helping our advisor partners process eApplications, set up accounts, follow up with carriers and work through the implementation process of our various products. Her job at Quantum comes naturally, as her experience is mainly in the mortgage industry and in customer care. She’s driven by people, and whether she’s working with our partners or with teammates in our office, her high standards and accountability push her to do right by others and provide personalized service that caters to specific needs. Malinda is also extremely detail oriented and diligent, which she has found to be invaluable as a client services representative. It helps her build key relationships, allowing her to put our advisors and agents in positions to succeed. Originally from San Diego, she moved to Arizona when she was 18 and immediately fell in love with the landscape and the natural beauty of our state, which offers nearly every type of terrain and foliage. Her passion for nature often takes her up north, especially during the summer. In her free time, Malinda is an avid traveler. Her father currently lives in Japan, giving her the perfect reason to visit the country that so quickly became one of her favorite destinations. She is also very close with her family and enjoys spending time with them and visiting new places around both the country and the world.
