Kennedy Nichols is a client services representative with Quantum, helping our advisor partners connect with carriers, process applications, follow up on product emails and more. She first entered the insurance world as part of UnitedHealth Group’s Leadership Development program. Naturally curious and a quick learner, she picked up product information easily and went on to be a key contributor to the Medicare and retirement team. Now, she’s an invaluable member of our administrative team, fitting seamlessly into our culture and completely grasping our products, as well as how they help our advisor partners grow their firms. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Kennedy studied English and achieved minors in PR and literature. She’s now pursuing her MBA at Grand Canyon University. She attributes her academic and professional success to her strong communication and organizational skills, believing they’ve helped her become a better leader and teammate. Her goal is to continue helping Quantum and our partners grow and break through barriers by making processes more efficient and streamlining business operations. Kennedy first moved to the Phoenix at nine years old, and it quickly became home. She loves seeing the city grow and exploring the different areas and landscapes. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and is always looking for new ways to grow and improve.
